SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to bring you the best hair as well as service. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping may take up to 7-10 business days to deliver (depending on your location). You will be required to sign for delivery for a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM (CT) to ship out the same day. No shipping will be done on weekends and holidays. You will receive an automated email from the US Post Office (USPS) or FedEx with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Once your order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for your package. We will insure the package up to the value of the product purchased. Some carriers may have shipping delays, which is beyond our control. Your order must contain the correct shipping address and be validated to be correct before purchasing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Indu Hair Collection, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared & professionally packaged at our supplier. Everything goes through a detailed process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipped and delivered to us. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied with your investment. We strive for you to absolutely love our hair. In the unfortunate instance that a product must be exchanged, our customers must follow our following exchange protocol:
•Requests must be within 5 days of the date you have received the product.

•The hair MUST be unused and be in the same pristine, untouched condition as when it was sent; exactly how it was sold to you. ​

•Any exchange request after 5 days of the product delivered or received will not be honored.

•We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, customized or removed from the weft or processed) in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and health laws. Please return the item in the original and resealable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring or rinsing, lifting, cutting the hair off the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT. ​
•Merchandise must be in its original condition. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties or unraveled will be returned to the customer without an exchange of product. ​
•Product must be exchanged for items of equal value. No refunds will be permitted. ​
•You must return the product back to us in order to process the exchange. Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal value. When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
